By downloading, installing, or using FlipFinder ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

FlipFinder is operated by LukeFord.Dev ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and LukeFord.Dev.

2. Description of Service

FlipFinder is a marketplace analysis tool that helps users identify potentially profitable items for resale. The App:

• Aggregates publicly available listing data from third-party marketplaces
• Uses artificial intelligence to analyze and score listings
• Provides estimated resale prices based on historical data
• Allows users to save and track listings of interest

3. No Guarantee of Profits

IMPORTANT: FlipFinder provides information and analysis for educational and informational purposes only. We do not guarantee any profits, returns, or successful resale outcomes.

Flip Scores, profit estimates, and market data are algorithmic predictions based on available information and may not reflect actual market conditions. You acknowledge that:

• All buying and selling decisions are made at your own risk
• Actual resale prices may differ significantly from estimates
• Market conditions can change rapidly
• We are not financial advisors and this is not financial advice

4. User Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your login credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

FlipFinder offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage subscriptions in your Apple ID settings
• Refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policies
• Credits do not roll over between billing periods
• We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated scripts or bots to access the App
• Resell or redistribute data obtained from the App
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or our staff

7. Third-Party Services

FlipFinder aggregates data from third-party marketplaces including Facebook Marketplace and Gumtree. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to these platforms.

Listing data is sourced from publicly available information. You acknowledge that:

• Third-party listings may be inaccurate, fraudulent, or expired
• We do not verify the authenticity of third-party listings
• You are responsible for conducting your own due diligence

8. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, code, and content, is owned by LukeFord.Dev and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LUKEFORD.DEV SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Lost profits or revenue
• Loss of data
• Failed transactions or deals
• Any damages arising from your use of third-party marketplaces

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Queensland, Australia.
